Western Bid Shipping Calculator — Terms of Use

1. General. The Western Bid Shipping Calculator (the "Calculator") is a software tool that delivers Western Bid shipping rates to your Shopify store checkout. By using the Calculator, you agree to these Terms.
2. Beta status. The Calculator is in beta testing. This means bugs, inaccuracies and malfunctions may occur. If you find a bug, please report it to: sales@westernbid.com.
3. Use at your own risk. The Calculator is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. You use it at your own risk.
4. Limitation of liability. Western Bid is not liable for: the operation of the Calculator or any failures thereof; any actions taken by the Shopify platform regarding your store in connection with the use of the Calculator; the accuracy of displayed shipping prices, including discrepancies with actual shipping costs; any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Calculator.
5. Third-party services. The Calculator depends on third-party services, including the Shopify platform and shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx and others). Western Bid is not liable for delays, failures or data inaccuracies caused by these services.
6. Prices. Checkout rates are calculated automatically and may differ from the final shipping cost. The final cost is determined when the shipment is processed by Western Bid. Rates for Western Bid shipping services are governed by the Western Bid general terms of service.
7. Personal data. To calculate rates, the Calculator processes address data from checkout (country, postal code, city). This data is processed in accordance with the Western Bid Privacy Policy published at westernbid.com.
8. Intellectual property. All rights to the Calculator, including its code and design, belong to Western Bid. Copying, decompiling, reverse engineering or any unauthorized use of the Calculator is prohibited.
9. Access. The Calculator is intended only for stores connected to Western Bid. Western Bid may at any time restrict or terminate a store's access to the Calculator, including in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or termination of cooperation with Western Bid.
10. Changes. Western Bid may change these Terms and the Calculator's functionality at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida, USA.
